(30% each of clairette and bourboulenc, 25% roussanne, 13% grenache blanc and 1% each of picpoul and picardin): High-pitched aromas of orange, green apple and white flowers, with a subtle note of honey in the background. Juicy and precise, offering tangy citrus fruit flavors and a touch of bitter quinine. The bright, nervy finish shows strong mineral cut and lingering citrus notes.
