Bright, pale yellow.  Exotic orange marmalade and a hint of toast on the nose; obviously a bit of noble rot here.  The palate offers an almost glyceral texture and an impression of sucrosite, but nicely integrated acidity gives it good energy.  A premier cru with impressive volume and considerable early sex appeal, not to mention an old-viney richness.
