(12.6% alcohol with 4.45 g/l acidity):  Bright greenish-yellow.  Tight, pure nose offers lime, green apple and minerals.  Dense, juicy and energetic, with a chewy texture to its intense flavors of crystallized lemon peel, yellow peach and mint.  This penetrating premier cru finishes saline and a tad phenolic, with palate-staining persistence.  The most classic 2010 from this estate.
