Pale yellow.  Deep aromas of apricot and butter.  Chewy and sweet in the mouth; more tactile than the regular Butteaux bottling if not particularly complex yet.  But this very young wine features nicely integrated acidity and finishes chewy and long, with a saline complexity and noteworthy grip.  The vines here are up to 75 years old.
