Bright pale yellow.  Spicy, high-pitched aromas of peach, crushed stone, quinine and wild herbs.  Concentrated, vibrant and sharply delineated, conveying a strong soil character to the high-pitched citrus, floral and mineral flavors.  Lovely harmonious acidity contributes to the wine's impression of energy.  The long, rising, perfumed finish is suave and fine-grained.
