Pale red.  High-pitched aromas of strawberry, raspberry, blood orange and spicecake, with an intense floral overlay.  Light-bodied and precise, offering sweet red berry and rose pastille flavors and notes of bitter cherry and allspice.  Very pure and precise, with excellent finishing punch and lingering notes of singed orange and flowers.  This wine is made in a old school Burgundy fashion, with no cold soak and a relatively hot fermentation.
