Greenish yellow.  Dusty, mineral-accented aromas of lemon rind, quinine, white pepper and talc.  Round and juicy but with a refreshing, mineral-dominated quality to its citrus and orchard fruit flavors.  Finishes tangy and persistent, with a candied fruit quality.
