The acidity and tartness in this wine work, along with a nicely concentrated nose. The subtle vanilla of the bouquet is enjoyable. Having only had one other example of Burgundy Aligote, which was treated much more like a Chardonnay, exhibiting lemon and strawberry aromas, I am intrigued by how strikingly different this vintage is. Thank you for bringing this wine to the shop. 15/20
