(90% syrah, with 5% each of grenache and riesling):  Bright pink.  Aromas of tangerine and red berries, with complicating notes of dried rose and herbs.  Plump and juicy, with good breadth to its red fruit flavors.  Finishes smooth and sappy, with lingering spicy intensity.  This could handle richer, highly seasoned foods.
