($32) Bright yellow. Very fresh aromas and flavors of lime, pear, powdered stone, anise and saffron. Deep, sappy and bracing, combining excellent density and fine-grained texture with superb cut. Impressively pure on the incisive finish, which really grips the palate. Offers lovely lingering perfume and outstanding clarity.
