Light, bright gold.  Ripe orchard fruits and honey on the nose and in the mouth.  Smooth and fleshy but a bit loose-knit, with good density and a touch of oak spice.  Finishes on a note of bitter lemon pith, with lingering warmth.  With its considerable power, this will surely appeal to fans of dense, palate-coating California chardonnay.
