Medium pink, with a hint of amber.  Complex scents of dried red fruits, rose oil, herbs and spices.  Spicy and incisive, offering juicy, deep redcurrant and strawberry flavors complicated by a hint of spun sugar.  Sappy, wild wine, offering an array of sweet red fruits, spices and flowers and a supple, clinging texture.
