(49 g/l r.s., 10.1 g.l. acidity and 31% botrytis): Palish yellow. Subtly complex aromas of pineapple, fresh apricot, caraway seed and menthol. Clean, intense and moderately sweet, with enticing flavors of peach, mango and nutmeg. Not the last word in complexity, but the silky texture and purity of fruit of this auslese-style riesling are compelling, as is the very long, slowly mounting finish.
