Outstanding choice for Pates or Terrines

Was suggested by the Brothers' staff to accompany a country pate of pork, veal, chicken livers, egg and cognac I had made for a special occasion. The pairing was made in heaven. Only when the wine ran out did the guests allow us to move to the entree.
