Opened a bottle to accompany cormeal crust pizza. I decanted the wine and let it breath for an hour before serving. This wine has a bright acidity, and deep red fruit flavors. The tannins are subdued showing at the very end of the flavor profile. A very pleasant wine and very suitable to lighter italian dishes.
