Bright gold.  Deeper and richer than the Petite Cote, offering ripe orchard and pit fruit aromas and notes of honey and hazelnut.  Stains the palate with intense poached pear and nectarine flavors brightened by a spicy ginger nuance.  Finishes very long and creamy, with lingering spiciness and a suggestion of smoky herbs.
