91(+?) Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - September/October 2011

($25) Good, pale yellow-green. Complex, intense nose and palate meld peach, minerals, ginger and white flowers, plus a light fusel quality. This is a noticeable step up in concentration from the entry-level wine, though they are very similar. Finishes extremely long and saline, with a savory quality. Outstanding Soave that can age; I'd cellar this for a couple years before opening any bottles.
