93 Points | International Wine Cellar , September/October 2012

(made from a blend of tempranillo and garnacha and raised in new French oak for 30 months):  Glass-staining ruby.  Sexy, intense aromas of raspberry liqueur, cherry-cola, incense and violet, with smoke and vanilla accents.  Lush, seamless and broad on the palate, offering sweet red and dark berry flavors and accents of bitter cherry and vanilla.  Dusty tannins add grip to the finish but fade into the fruit, which lingers persuasively.  This wine drinks very nicely with a brief decanting.
