($20) Bright straw-yellow. Lovely lemony lift to the aromas of white flowers, minerals and white pepper. Bright and fresh on entry, then minerally and almost austere in the middle, with tangerine and lemon flavors that linger nicely. This very clean, fresh ribolla will prove perfect as an aperitif or with simply prepared fish dishes.
