Bright, pale yellow. Vibrant, pure aromas of lemon drop, mirabelle, fresh herbs and minerals. Bright, fresh and floral in an almost viognier-like way, but with good acidity and cut and a lovely mineral nuance on the long finish. Ribolla may not have the genetic makeup to give truly complex wines, but when it's made in this fresh, thirst-quenching version it's hard not to be impressed.
