(28.3 g/l dry extract) Bright straw-green. Lively, floral aromas and flavors of white peach, yellow apple, chamomile, licorice, beeswax and fresh herbs. Juicy and on the lean side but with very good focus and cut. The long finish features a recurring floral quality and a saline nuance. The pinot bianco comes from one of Volpe Pasini's most beautiful vineyards and includes some of the estate's oldest vines. Textbook pinot bianco, with a track record for aging well for at least five or six years.
