Opaque purple.  Ripe boysenberry and cassis on the nose, plus a pungent violet nuance.  Lush, creamy dark berry flavors show serious depth but are lifted by bright mineral and floral pastille notes.  Exotic spice and floral pastille notes come up on the finish, which is seductively sweet and very long.
