($36) Pale, bright straw-green. Penetrating aromas of guava, spicy kumquat, banana and flowers. Rich, dense and smooth, with great inner-mouth energy and perfume of tropical fruit and spice flavors. Finishes very long, pure and fragrant. Standout kerner; try it on some light Chinese dishes and also on clam pasta (but with no cream, which is never found in the real Italian recipe).
