($22) Light, green-tinged yellow. Restrained, subtle aromas of citrus skin, apple, beeswax, herbs and white flowers. Fresh, juicy and pliant, with sound acidity framing the flavors of apple, chamomile and delicate citrus fruits. I like the balance of this persistent wine, which is long on personality and varietally accurate. Insiders know Scubla has a deft touch with pinot bianco.
