($22) Golden yellow. Intense smoky bacon, peach and flowers on the captivating nose. Similarly opulent on the palate, with more mango, grapefruit and lichee fruit than floral flavors showing. This huge, almost decadent wine finishes rich and long, with vibrant acidity that keeps it light on its feet and greatly increases the precision of its rich flavors. Outstanding Italian gewurztraminer for those who enjoy the richer-styled versions of the grape.
