(like the other 2010s noted here, this wine had finished its malolactic fermentation and had been sulfited by the time of my visit): Pale green-yellow. Lime and white flowers on the nose. Moderately dense, brisk and quite dry, even austere, with strong acid cut for the citrus and floral flavors. Quite tight today, and a bit metallic on the back end.
