Very pure nose and palate combine lime, apple, ginger, dusty herbs, flowers and minerals.  Densely packed but with firm lemony acidity providing lift and extending the fruit.  Lovely steely, racy wine with a long, bracing, lightly saline finish.  Deux Montille purchased this fruit from Domaine Louis Michel.
