(80% caino, 15% loureiro and 5% espadeiro):  Vivid ruby.  Very fresh, intense, mineral-accented aromas of redcurrant, cherry and peppery spices.  Silky, energetic and deep on the palate, offering, sharply delineated red fruit and floral pastille flavors.  Finishes racy and dry, with resonating spiciness.
