Light yellow.  Intense, mineral-accented aromas of lemon and lime zest, with subtle floral and spice notes.  Impressively complex in the mouth, offering pure citrus and orchard fruit flavors that gain intensity with air.  The mineral aspect dominates an extremely long, focused, penetrating finish.
