Bright ruby. Complex aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, rose and Asian spices. Sweet, juicy, palate-staining red berry flavors are brightened by zesty minerals. The spicy element comes back with air and carries through a long, focused, sweet finish. Based on this wine's inviting spiciness I assumed it must have been vinified with some of its stems, but that wasn't the case.
