Light gold.  Intense, mineral-dominated citrus and floral aromas, complicated by notes of herbs and white pepper.  Lively acidity adds lift to the fresh, incisive flavors of orange pith and green apple, with a late note of anise adding nuance.  Finishes juicy and long, with a resonating note of dusty minerals.
