(one-quarter each grenache blanc, clairette, roussanne and bourboulenc):  Yellow-gold.  Ripe pit fruits and herbs on the pungent nose.  Fleshy and broad, with good depth to its peach and anise flavors; a touch of white pepper provides lift.  Finishes on a slightly bitter note, with good grip and cut.
