(34% merlot, 31% cabernet sauvignon, 25% cabernet franc and 10% petit verdot):  Ruby-red.  Expressive, pure aromas of blueberry, potpourri spices, violet and licorice.  A juicy, lively midweight, with harmonious acidity framing the intense flavors of black and blue fruits lifted by spices and rosemary.  The edgy finish features fresh, firm tannins and good mineral lift.  Quite laid-back for Washington red wine.
