Good dark red.  Plum and minerals on the youthfully medicinal nose.  Densely packed but not as sweet or easygoing as the Champoux Vineyard example today.  The dusty, pronounced tannins are a bit less refined than those of the Champoux, but a burst of pomegranate gives lovely lift to the finish.
