Bright medium red.  Currant, mocha and chocolate on the nose.  Smooth and dry on the palate, with plum and currant fruit flavors complicated by a floral element and subtle minerality.  The persistent, very suave finish features broad, fine-grained tannins and lingering notes of sweet red fruits and earth.
