Light gold, with a hint of peach skin.  Suave aromas of peach and apricot nectar, with notes of candied ginger and jasmine adding complexity.  Lush, sappy and broad, with a slightly viscous texture and very good depth to its pit fruit and melon flavors.  Finishes sweet, sappy and smooth, with a touch of bitter citrus marmalade adding bite.
