Bright gold.  Exotically perfumed scents of fresh pineapple, poached pear, vanilla and tarragon, with a slow-building smokiness.  Rich and fleshy but energetic as well, offering juicy tropical fruit flavors and a touch of bitter pear skin.  Finishes sappy and spicy, leaving a note of lemon zest behind.
