Vivid red. Exotically perfumed bouquet of red berry preserves, Asian spices, anise and rose, plus a hint of blood orange; this smells a lot like a pinot noir. Juicy and focused on the palate, offering taut raspberry and bitter cherry flavors and a hint of white pepper. The floral quality comes back on the impressively tight, linear finish. No fat on these bones.
