91 Points | International Wine Cellar , November/December 2012

(half of this fruit was picked at 23 degrees Brix on December 1st; vinified with 50% whole clusters):  Dark ruby.  Intense black raspberry, cherry and floral aromas are complicated by notes of cracked pepper and anise.  Supple, sweet and elegant, showing excellent depth and a broad range of dark fruit and floral qualities.  Silky and intensely fruity on the gently tannic finish, which leaves sexy floral and spice notes behind.
