(30 grams per liter residual sugar with 9.8 g/l acidity and 12.1% alcohol; just 17% botrytized berries, according to Billo Naravane):  Pale straw-gold.  Reticent but pure aromas of ripe apricot and orange blossom.  Sweet on entry, then drier in the middle than its considerable r.s. would suggest, with bracing acidity and a saline impression of extract giving shape and grip to the peach and orange flavors.  This rather laid-back, subtly sweet wine finishes juicy, vibrant and long.  This and the PB pinot gris are amazing values.
