(rom young Barolo vines and a vineyard in the Moscato area; spent just six days on its skins and done entirely in stainless steel): Bright red. Pungent aromas of red cherry, thyme and rosemary. Lively, intense and aromatic in the mouth, with red fruit and fresh herb flavors dominating. Finishes with firm tannins and lingering perfume. This needs to be served with food, such as white meats or carne cruda.
