(60% chardonnay and 40% pinot noir):  Bright gold.  Poached pear, honey and brown sugar on the nose and in the mouth, with a hint of orange peel adding lift.  Broad and fleshy, showing good back-end spiciness and clarity.  Finishes with a touch of bitterness and good cling.  I'd drink this fully mature, spicy, nutty Champagne now.
