Pale straw.  Focused, highly perfumed aromas of lime, grapefruit and minerals, plus a touch of white pepper.  Racy, sharply delineated and pure, offering tangy, spice-accented citrus and green apple flavors and a note of bitter orange pith.  The finish is nervy, penetrating and very persistent.  This youthful, tightly wound wine will be even better with a bit more bottle age.
