(aged in large Slavonian cask):  Bright dark red.  Sappy, Beaujolais-like aromas of red fruits, spices and rose petal accented by black pepper.  Then juicy and a bit tart-edged, with good texture but an herbal greenness.  Not rustic but finishes with slightly drying tannins.
