(100% tempranillo):  Bright purple.  Seductively perfumed bouquet combines dark berry preserves, mocha, potpourri, vanilla and licorice.  Broad, fleshy and smooth, with powerful blackberry and boysenberry flavors complicated by notes of candied anise and bitter chocolate.  The silky, sweet finish shows excellent persistence and a note of candied flowers.
