93 Points | International Wine Cellar , November/December 2011

Good deep red.  Deep but reticent aromas of dark cherry, plum, smoke and bonfire, complicated by an herbal element.  Suave, sweet and seamless, with excellent energy and floral lift to its red fruit, leather and sweet oak flavors.  Complex, layered wine with a suavely tannic finish.  In contrast to the Carobric, this wine is higher-pitched than its 2007 predecessor.
