(41% cabernet franc, 35% cabernet sauvignon, 18% petit verdot and 6% merlot):  Ruby-red.  Subdued but pure aromas of dark fruits, spices and flowers.  Begins quite tight, but the flavors of wild blueberry, licorice and flowers expand inexorably in the mouth, showing growing density without any heaviness.  Ultimately a major mouthful of fruit, with a touch of smokiness adding interest to the firmly tannic, very long finish.
