Bright ruby-red.  Black cherry, licorice and violet on the nose.  Juicy, sappy and very fresh, with excellent intensity to the primary crushed fruit flavors.  Quite dense for 2010 dolcetto.  This wine has been done entirely in stainless steel since the 2009 vintage.
