92 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - May/June 2012

(made from fruit grown in the Heintz vineyard):  Bright gold.  A wild, complex bouquet evokes fresh passion fruit, pear and agave, with a suave floral overtone.  Lush and deeply pitched on entry, then tighter in the mid-palate, offering intense tropical fruit and Meyer lemon flavors that become spicier with air.  Closes smooth and long, with resonating florality and excellent persistence.
