Good red-ruby.  Black cherry, minerals and chocolate on the inviting nose.  Supple and fairly full, showing a more pliant mid-palate texture than the Alliance blend.  Plum and cherry flavors come across as sweeter too, but the wine also possesses harmonious acidity and dusty tannins that give it shape.  Finishes with a repeating mineral element.
